The Red Wolves faced the Georgia State Panthers on Halloween night.

The team defeated them in a close game 48-34.

Towards the end of the game, the Panthers had a chance to tie the game but they lost that chance after Warren Wand scored a 60-yard touchdown when there was about 2 minutes left in the game.

Georgia State's CB Jerome Smith was ejected for targeting in the second half.
