While investigating the rape allegations at a fraternity on campus, University police officers charged a student and a man on Wednesday in the case.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Camden David English, 21, and Alex Logan Techmer, 23, were arrested.

Police said unlike English, Techmer is not a student at the university.

The Herald is working to get more information, but police said neither man will be facing sexual offense charges in the rape allegation investigation.

We will have more information on Monday’s edition of The Herald.
